Book a free discovery call

Tell us about your practice and the admin challenges slowing you down. We will listen, ask the right questions, and be honest about what AI automation can — and cannot — do for you.

What to expect

Our discovery call is a free 30-minute conversation with no obligation and no hard sell. We use it to understand your practice, your current systems, and where admin friction is costing you most.

By the end of the call you will have:

  • A clear picture of whether AI automation can genuinely help your practice right now
  • At least one specific process we would look at first
  • An honest view of timescales and what a project would involve
  • No pressure to proceed — if we cannot help, we will say so

Frequently asked questions about working with IFAgent

Do I need to be technically minded to work with IFAgent?

No. We handle the technical side entirely. Our job is to understand your practice and your workflow, then build automation that your team can use without needing to understand the underlying technology.

How long does an IFAgent implementation take?

It depends on scope. A focused automation — such as suitability report drafting — typically takes 4–8 weeks from discovery to live. More complex, multi-workflow builds take longer. We give you a realistic timeline before any work begins.

Is our client data safe?

Yes. Data handling, processing agreements, and security architecture are discussed in detail during discovery. IFAgent does not retain client data beyond what is required to operate the agreed automation, and all data processing is documented for your compliance records.

What size of IFA practice do you work with?

We work with practices of all sizes, from sole-trader IFAs to firms with 50+ advisers. Smaller firms often see the fastest return on investment because admin overhead takes a higher proportion of adviser time.
